This wine has a deep carmine-red color with garnet highlights. The nose is warm and complex, with aromas of lightly stewed fruit, accompanied by a licorice freshness and spicy nuances such as nutmeg and vanilla. On the palate, the attack is generous and unctuous, evolving on a tight but velvety tannic frame, sublimated by candied cherry flavors and subtle, persistent chocolate notes. This wine combines generosity, depth and accessibility.
Ideal with charcuterie or grilled meats. Serve between 16 and 18°C to reveal all its aromatic richness and elegant structure.
This wine reaches its peak after 5 years. You can also enjoy it young, but it can easily be kept for 8 to 10 years.
